1. Delivery Coverage and Warehouse Allocation
We offer standard delivery services to most countries and regions worldwide. To enhance efficiency, we operate multiple warehouses across Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia, including the U.S., Germany, the U.K., Australia, Poland, Japan, France, and China. These hubs help shorten delivery distances and improve service speed.
Customers may select the nearest warehouse when placing an order. This flexible option allows for faster fulfillment. In the U.S., some products are eligible for Amazon free shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays) once confirmed.
If you're unsure whether your location is within our shipping range, feel free to contact our support team via live chat, email, or phone for assistance.
2. Shipping Fees and Tax Policies
(1) Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping fees vary based on product type, destination, warehouse location, and shipping method. Weight, volume, and local logistics conditions may influence costs.
For an accurate quote, simply select the delivery country, warehouse, and shipping method on the product or checkout page. The system will generate the shipping cost, which does not include taxes or customs duties.
(2) Tax Responsibilities
Product prices and shipping fees are generally exclusive of any duties or taxes. For orders shipped from China via carriers such as DHL or FedEx, recipients may be required to pay customs duties upon arrival.
As of July 1, 2021, EU regulations impose VAT on imported goods under €150. Customers are responsible for these charges. We recommend checking local customs websites or hotlines in advance to avoid unexpected costs.
(3) Pricing for Overseas Warehouses
Prices for items in overseas warehouses (e.g., U.S., Germany) are higher due to import tariffs, storage fees, and local handling costs.
For large orders from these warehouses, an additional packaging fee may apply to ensure safe transport using reinforced materials and protective packaging.
3. Order Tracking and Information Modifications
(1) Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent within 1–2 business days. Check both your inbox and spam folders.
Clicking the link provides real-time tracking, including destination and estimated delivery date.
(2) Order Modifications
If there is any error in the recipient’s name, address, or contact information, please notify us immediately—before shipment. Post-dispatch, changes are not possible due to system limitations.
Please verify your order details before confirming to avoid issues.
